Everyone must have an admission ticket to enter the ballroom.
DANCE ENTRY DEADLINE!
Dance Entries must be postmarked no later than December 12th to receive standard pricing!
REGISTRATION
Payment in full must accompany all orders.
All sales are final.
Tickets, programs and package materials will be available
for pick-up at the YTB Hospitality Desk outside the Grand
Ballroom, beginning 6pm on Thursday, December 29th.
All orders MUST be accompanied by a Package and Ticket Order Form (click here) along with payment in full. All items will then need to be mailed to the following address:
