Tickets and Packages

Everyone must have an admission ticket to enter the ballroom.
REGISTRATION
Payment in full must accompany all orders. All sales are final. In case of cancellations, credit may be applied to the 2008 Yuletide Ball Championships at the Organizer's discretion. Tickets, programs and package materials will be available for pick-up at the YTB Hospitality Desk outside the Grand Ballroom, starting at 6 - 8 PM on Friday, December 28th. All orders MUST be accompanied by a Package and Ticket Order Form along with payment in full. All items will then need to be mailed to the following address:

Packages
Hotel accomodations are not included in packages. Make hotel reservations directly with the JW Marriott Hotel at either (800)228-9290 or (202)393-2000. Mention the Yuletide Ball Championships to receive our discounted rate of $129 + tax per night. This price is guaranteed until 12/14/07. Reservations received after that date are subject to the current rate and availability.
