All sales are final. Tickets, programs and package materials will be available for pick-up at the YTB Hospitality Desk outside the Grand Ballroom, beginning 6pm on Thursday, December 29th. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS No refunds will be made for any cancellations for this event - including entry fees, packages, dinners. Credit may be applied to the 2012 Yuletide Ball Championships at the Organizer’s discretion. No refunds or credit will be issued for general admission tickets. DEADLINE for dance entries is December 12, 2011. Payment in full must accompany all entries and order forms. Send payment to: Yuletide Ball Championships 3409 Silver Maple Place Falls Church, VA 22042 LATE FEES LATE FEES of $25 per couple ($15 per pro/am student; $10 per junior couple) will be assessed for competition entries postmarked after December 12, 2011. All late entries received after December 28, 2011 will incur a $50 surcharge per couple.
